 | The IR-Extend night vision cameras mount a new developed ultra sensitive CCD imager, the Sony Exview HAD . This imaging device features a high sensitivity, both on the visible light and on the near infrared range, which is invisible to the human eye. It provides, thus, a clear video picture both in normal lighting conditions and in low light, without using any IR illumination. Alternatively, by using an IR illuminator, the displayed video picture will be even of higher quality, crisp and high contrast. |

| Shooting of moving objects | |

 | At low light condition a conventional camera with an image integration (slow shutter) can be used. But, in case of moving objects, the image appears blurred. With a night vision camera the image, on the contrary, appears clear and with sharp edges. |

| Features under different light conditions | |

 | All colour night vision cameras switch automatically to monochrome at low light conditions (day & night function). This function reduces the noise introduced in a colour camera at a low light condition. In the programmable cameras with OSD, both the colour/mono swap timing and the colour gain can be set. The night vision camera has a very high response also when using an infrared projector(in the 700-1100nm range), a LED or a Halogen lamp. |
