These cameras are designed to be incorporated in a complete system (such as a dome system) and are controlled through serial port, without any switch or pushbutton on the camera itself. Knowledge of transmission protocols and of software control syntax is mandatory for a correct use of cameras. Sending a wrong control can lead to unwanted adjustments to other parts of the camera's operating system and even result in permanent irrecoverable damage to the camera. NTSC standard cameras available on request K-ZM23E1P discontinued |

 | Colour metal chassis camera, especially suitable for use in domed systems. | | Advanced digital signal processor allows better picture quality and full function control. | | Removable IR-cut filter mechanism, brings true colour in daytime and develops excellent low-light sensitive picture under dark environment. | | IR accuracy: vivid colour performance in the day time and sharp b/w image at night time, without fOcus shift. |
| Spectral sensitivity characteristics
| Filter mechanism operation
| The removable filter mechanism allows changing between colour and monochrome mode. User can set the filter to work correctly during day time (visible light) and night time (invisible light).
The removable filter mechanism automatically switches the setting to remove its filter for increasing sensitivity by frame integration and AGC signal. | User-defined filter removable time
| Image accuracy
| | Intelligent zoning algorithm for backlight compensation, motion detection sensing and intelligent masking. |
| 48 zones intelligent zoning algorithm
It is a newly developed digital video control system. User can freely adjust the backlight compensation, motion detection and masking for privacy or security reasons with 48 zones and zoning positions with adjustable scale.

| Trigger preset position
| | 64 preset memory position into EEPROM which can be loaded just entering the position number. |
| Preset operation
| Normal | Preset definition | Load position | Reach preset position | | Digital frame integration function 2-64 times (8 step). |
| Image integration
| Normal camera | Image at 0.002 lux with 64x frame integration | | Electronic reverse. |
| Electronic reverse
| The electronic reverse allows the image to be shown horizontally and vertically reversed. In dome application, when a subject moves beneath the camera, the image can be inverted to maintain the correct display.
| | Picture freeze. | | High speed built-in 23x optical zoom and 10 digital zoom. | | Adjustable zoom and focus speed. | | Remote control under Windows 95/98/2000/XP through RS-232 interface. | | Multi-electronic shutter control. | | Y/C output. | | Accurate fast auto-focusing capability. | | Advanced white balance modes: ATW (auto tracking), AWB (automatic), MWB (manual with level , R-Y gain, B-Y gain control). | | Intelligent auto-iris adjustment for best auto white balance function. | | Internal/external sync. system selection. | | Outstanding signal to noise ratio. |
